More than 25 years ago, Richard and Carmen Sanders came to this country with their three sons from Argentina. As previous owners of the renowned Pasta Factory in Argentina, they brought unique skills ...for making freshly made pasta.
They opened a small Italian restaurant in South Florida, which initially seated only 50 people. Through the years their business flourished and began to expand from 50 to 150 seats. Traffic within the dinning area was very high, and a take out and delivery version of their restaurant was born.
